I’ve been living in my apartment for a little over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The place is in a great spot, just a short walk from the city park. I go there all the time to relax, read, or just hang out, and it’s so nice having it right down the street. The apartment itself is comfy, clean, and feels like home. It’s the perfect size, and everything works the way it should.
One thing I really like is how easy it is to pay rent. I don’t have to mail anything or run to an office. I just go online, click a few buttons, and it’s done. Same thing with maintenance. If something needs fixing—like when my sink got a little leaky—I just filled out an online request. Someone came out fast and took care of it without any hassle.
My landlord is also super friendly and easy to talk to. They answer questions quickly and really seem to care about keeping the place nice. It feels good knowing they’re on top of things and looking out for their tenants.
Overall, I feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of here. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this nice duplex for the past year. It’s on a quiet side street, so it’s very peaceful here. The apartment is always clean and feels like home right away.
The landlord is nice and always helps out if you need anything. Paying rent is easy, and everything always works great, including the air conditionr, which is really handy in the summer. There’s plenty of parking in the back, so finding a spot for your car is never a problem.
The apartment is close to a bus stop, which makes it easy to get around. The other people who live in the building are quiet and polite, so it’s a really nice place to live.

I have lived in a two bedroom apartment on Fifth Avenue for six months. The place is very clean and bright. It is close to my school, neat shops, and downtown. My daughter can walk to class and to store in five minutes.
Zeus Properties is a great landlord. They keep the apartment in good shape. Once I had a leaky faucet and I made a repair request online. The next day a friendly worker fixed it quickly. It only took one day.
Paying rent is simple. I log in to the Zeus Properties website, click “Pay Rent,” and the money is sent. I get a receipt right away. Asking for repairs is just as easy. I fill out a form, click “Submit,” and I get an email that says when someone will come. Everything works well. I really enjoy living here. The windows have a nice view of the street. The neighbors are very quiet.

Hey there! I wanna tell you about this super cool place I got to live in! It's a duplex on the second floor, which means it's like a house but split into two parts. This one is in a really cool spot called Highland Square in Akron, Ohio.
It's got 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which is just perfect for me and my family. And guess what? The landlord gave us a stove and a fridge! Plus, there's a special parking spot just for us. No more worrying about where to put the car!
This place is super clean and well taken care of. They even put in new floors, so it feels all fancy. And get this – there's a basement! It's like having a secret clubhouse for all our extra stuff.
Oh, and if you wanna do your laundry at home, they have a washer and dryer. But you gotta pay a little extra each month for that.
Oh, and if you have a dog, they're welcome too!
Overall, living here was awesome! It's like being in the middle of all the fun stuff in Akron.
