Do you accept section 8 housing vouchers? Yes, we accept section 8 housing vouchers. We are an AMHA approved housing provider.

Do you accept rental assistance payments from agencies other that the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority? Yes. We accept vouchers from most rental assistance agencies.

Are utilities included in the rent for the apartment I am looking at? Most of our rentals do not have utilities included. in the rent. Tenant typically pay utilities separately. Please carefully review the rental listing to determined what if any utilities are included in the rent.

Is WIFI included in the rent for the apartment I am looking at? Some of our rentals have WIFI included. Please carefully review the rental listing to determined what if WIFI is included in the rent for the rental unit you are interested in.

Can I bring a friend to the apartment showing? Yes, we welcome you to bring a friend or relative to the apartment showing.

What are the qualifications you are looking for in a tenant? We are looking for a person or family with gross montly income of 3 times the monthly rent. We also look for an applicant with no prior evictions. We also look for an applicant with a credit score of at least 600. Prior felony convictions are analyzed on a case by case

Do you accept pets? For most of our rentals, our pet policy is one cat or one dog under 45 pounds. The pet deposit is $350 one time at the beginning of the lease. There is no additional "pet rent" or monthly fee for a cat or a dog. Any other type of animal is determined at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.

Is there an application fee? Our application process involves 2 steps. First download our rental application, complete it, and email it to us with proof of income and a photo ID. Second, applicants will receive an email from us with a link to Transunion Smartmove for the credit and background check. Click the link and complete the short form and pay the credit and background check fee of $47.00 to Transunion.
